Cookie policy

1. What cookies are
Small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information from one visit to the next.

3. Which cookies we use
Analytics cookies, only if you accept them. We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand in aggregate how many people visit the site, which pages they view, where they come from and what they do on it (for example, clicking “Book now”, calling or opening the map). We do not use them for advertising or to identify you. We load them through Google Tag Manager, a Google tool that manages which tags are loaded on the site and does not set cookies itself.

Your choice. To remember whether you accepted or rejected, the site stores your choice in your browser's local storage for 12 months. It is not a tracking cookie and is not sent to anyone.
4. How to accept, reject or change your choice
The first time you visit, we ask you with a notice, with "Accept" and "Reject" buttons at the same level. Nothing from Google is loaded until you accept. You can change your mind at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page; if you reject cookies after accepting them, we delete them from your browser. You can also delete or block them in your browser settings.
