This provisional website has no forms and does not collect data by itself. It only processes personal data when you decide to contact the center:
- By phone or email: the identification and contact details you give us (name, phone, email) and the reason for your inquiry. Please do not include medical reports, diagnoses or test results in your email: we will review them during your appointment.

4. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. 5. Retention
Contact details that do not lead to a healthcare relationship are kept for one year from the last contact. Clinical documentation is kept for the period set by Catalan Law 21/2000 (article 12.4): fifteen years from the discharge date of each care process, without prejudice to other legal periods.
