Gineclinic is a healthcare center authorized by the Department of Health of the Government of Catalonia (Departament de Salut, Generalitat de Catalunya) and registered in the Registre de centres, serveis i establiments sanitaris under code E-08675194.

The professionals who practice at the center are registered with their corresponding professional association and are bound by the Code of Ethics of the Council of Medical Associations of Catalonia and the Code of Medical Ethics of the General Council of Official Medical Associations of Spain. The list of professionals, with their registration numbers, is published on the Team page.

3. Purpose and terms of use

This website is a provisional page with basic information about the center: treatments, location, opening hours and ways to get in touch. Its content is for information only and does not replace a medical consultation. In an emergency, call 112.

Online appointments are booked through an external portal (www.citasmedicasweb.com/gineclinic), where you can register, book an appointment and choose your specialist. That portal has its own terms of use and privacy policy.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The logo, texts and design of this website belong to Gineclinic or are used with the permission of their owners. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without express permission. The illustrative images of the treatments have been generated with artificial intelligence, and this is stated next to them.

5. Liability

Gineclinic endeavors to keep the published information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the website will always be available. Links to third-party sites (booking portal, Google Maps) are provided for your convenience; Gineclinic is not responsible for their content or operation.

6. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of Barcelona, unless consumer protection law provides for a different jurisdiction.
